The built-in Call Detail Record (CDR) search functionality in CUCM can be cumbersome and ineffective, prone to human error.
Quium CDR Search Utility provides a near-instant ability to look up the details of a call, and save or print them on the fly – boosting telephony staff productivity. Automatic conversion to the local time zone provides a friendlier interpretation of the data.
Search Utility greatly increases productivity by:
- Allowing an administrator to find and export call records without additional manual manipulation
- Executing searches quickly by utilizing one of ten different search criteria in a given date and time range
- Automatically displaying dates and times in a readable format, making identification of specific calls a quick and intuitive process
- Exporting search result in CSV format or individual records which can be saved for later use.
- Extending the storage of CDRs out to 366 days, providing long-term visibility and audit capability for past call history.
